Give us a day

Platters and small trays can usually be ready in a couple of hours. Trays over $150 need 24 hours so the birds and oxtail get their full marinade.

Pick up hot

We box it as you arrive — trays stay sealed and hot in the carrier. Delivery inside Erie can be arranged for larger orders.

How the total works. You send the request with a pickup time, we call or email to confirm the exact total and any substitutions. Nothing is charged on this website — you pay at pickup, cash or card.

Delivery. We hand off every order at the counter. For trays of 25 or more inside Erie, call (860) 718-6459 and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you hot that day.
